Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”) explains refund procedure on Subscription Payments, Certificates and other Purchases on 3LLC Site (the “Company”, “We” or “Us”) that may be eligible for a refund for a certain period of time (in each case, the “Refund Period”).

The applicable Refund Period for some products and services are described below.

To receive a refund with respect to your enrollment in a course, you have a period of 2 days after your payment or 2 days after the course starts. To unenroll from the course you have to contact our customer support at customerservice@3llcconsulting.com.

Once your access to the course has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course, take part in any tests, or receive a digital or printed certificate.

Refunds will be credited to the payment account used for the purchase and may take up to two billing cycles to process.

Please note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who do not receive a passing mark in a Course, or who are otherwise unsatisfied with their final grade or results.

Month-to-Month Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds for payments made on a month-to-month subscription plan. To avoid being charged during a free trial promotion, you must cancel your subscription before your free trial ends. If you complete a course during the free trial period, we reserve the right to require you to pay for a one-month subscription in order to receive a course and/or specialization certificate.

Your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless and until you cancel or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by Us. For subscriptions to individual specializations, we will automatically discontinue your subscription at the end of the monthly period during which you earn a specialization certificate. You must cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date to avoid the next billing.

If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; You will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.

Your subscription will continue for the subscription period identified at the time of your purchase and then automatically renew unless and until you cancel your subscription or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by Us.

If you do not earn your completion certificate within 180 days after registering for a course, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enroll for the course in order to complete the course and earn your completion certificate.

Other Paid Services

Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Service, we have no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.

Payments, Credits, and other Refunds

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method.

If you are logged into your account, the listed currency you see is based on your location when you created your account. If you are not logged into your account, the price currency is based on the country where you are located.
If you are a student located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we might be responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.

You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. We work with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. We may update your payment methods using information provided by our payment service providers. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the content you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us.

We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.

Refund Credits

We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, mobile or other app), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the Refund Period has passed.

If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next content purchase on our website.

Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of the courses that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded the courses, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to the content due to your violation of these Terms, You will not be eligible to receive a refund.

Gift and Promotional Codes

3LLC or our partners may offer gift and promotional codes to students. Certain codes may be redeemed for gift or promotional credits applied to your account, which then may be used to purchase eligible courses on our platform, subject to the terms included with your codes. Other codes may be directly redeemable for specific content.

These codes and credits, as well as any promotional value linked to them, may expire if not used within the period specified in your account. Gift and promotional codes offered by Us may not be refunded for cash, unless otherwise specified in the terms included with your codes or as required by applicable law.

Gift and promotional codes offered by a partner are subject to that partner’s refund policies. If you have multiple saved credit amounts, We may determine which of your credits to apply to your purchase.

Miscellaneous

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy, we reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use the Service at any time and for any or no reason, and you acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability or obligation to you in such event and that you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts that you have already paid to us, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If any term, clause or provision of this Refund Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, then that term, clause or provision will be severable from this Policy and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining part of that term, clause or provision, or any other term, clause or provision.

Because some states or jurisdictions might not allow the limited refund period as mentioned in this Refund Policy, in such states or jurisdictions, Refund Period shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
